Content Accuracy Policy

Whilst "WHO GOES WHERE?" makes every possible effort to ensure that in either the online form or printed publication contains the most up-to-date information available at the time of publication. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information supplied, or late changes made, by any carrier during the period between the time of contact with the carrier and the publication date of that edition or during the life of that edition. The information accessed through the web site search facility is updated each time a new edition of the printed books is published.

Printed Book Replacement Policy

"WHO GOES WHERE?" guarantees that if any of our printed directories are found to have a production defect, it will be replaced with a new copy of that edition, subject to availability, which will be dispatched at our expense on receipt of the defective product from the purchaser.

Printed Book Delivery Policy

"WHO GOES WHERE?" always ensures that all books purchased on a day-to-day basis are dispatched at the earliest opportunity after completion of that sale, usually the same day, whilst pre-sold books are dispatched at the earliest opportunity after delivery of the new edition from our printer. Deliveries are by overnight courier to capital cities but may take longer when dispatched to regional areas. Local Adelaide orders are picked up by our courier the day after the order is placed and are delivered the following day.

Privacy and Security Policy

"WHO GOES WHERE?" is bound by the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles. Although we collect personal information from clients such as delivery addresses and phone numbers for future contact as well as credit card information when they make a purchase on this site in order to fulfill that order, we guarantee that we will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise supply or disclose to third parties any personal information obtained from clients without their prior written consent.

"WHO GOES WHERE?" allows its customers, once they have created a log-in identity and password, to access the site for the purposes of viewing and purchasing our products and modifying their contact details. Controls have been put in place to prevent any clients from viewing other clients' information. Security measures are in place to protect against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of information under our control, and confidentiality is guaranteed at all times. These security measures include the use of appropriate technical measures to prevent malicious external attacks, and data encryption systems to prevent loss of information. Credit card details are truncated for storage on our server after the transaction has been completed.

Please note that if at any time "WHO GOES WHERE?" is required by law to release information about a client, we must co-operate fully. "WHO GOES WHERE?" will update this privacy policy as and when required and post the changes on this page so that all users of this site are always aware of what information is collected and how it may be used.
